Certified Aesthetic Injector
Olga is a certified and experienced aesthetic injector and specializes in fillers and neurotoxins. She loves enhancing clients’ natural beauty and their unique features as well as providing expert skincare advice. Olga has been an RN for 16 years and has most recently worked in the medical dermatology field, in addition to her background in cosmetic dermatology and cardiology. She is a mom to three amazing kids and between juggling soccer, flute lessons and schoolwork, has recently returned to complete her master’s degree in nursing administration. She enjoys music, barre, Pilates as well as marathon sessions of cheesy medical sitcom reruns. “Aesthetic Solutions is my place of peace, calm and purpose. I enjoy meeting new people and putting a smile on their face. My colleagues and clients at AS bring a special brightness to my day.”
Courtney Murphy is a registered nurse and joined the Aesthetic Solutions team in 2018. She spent years working as a women’s health nurse, intimately with women struggling with infertility. Part of her work was traveling to women for one-on-one care to administer the all-important trigger shot. It was during those crucial times that Courtney found herself forming close bonds with the women she cared for. She realized the importance of women finding all sorts of ways to care for themselves, especially through difficult seasons of life. Her work as a nurse and her passion for women’s care converged, and Courtney began her journey as a cosmetic nurse injector.
Aesthetic Registered Nurse Injector
Heather is a dedicated Aesthetic Registered Nurse Injector. Prior to this she enjoyed being in the cosmetic field for over 26 years. It was then when her journey and love for aesthetics began and she decided to advance her skill level through specialized training.
Helping people look and feel their best is her passion. She believes the best part about her job is the relationship she builds with her guests. She is committed to treating her guests with genuine kindness, respect, and help them achieve their goals through safe and effective treatments. and delivering the results they desire.
Heather is a mother to 6 beautiful children and enjoys practicing yoga, traveling and exploring new places in her free time.
My name is Debbie and I work as an injector of Neurotoxins at Aesthetic Solutions. I currently do injections but am working towards doing fillers in the future. Nursing has always been a passion of mine. During the day I works in a busy clinic as a Registered Nurse which I have been doing for over 20 years. I started doing injections about a year ago and received my certification through Med Aesthetics. I wanted to spread my wings and help people in a different way. I am excited about the new opportunity that has presented itself to me and would like to grow in this field.
Jean is licensed in aesthetics from the College of International Esthetics in Arvada, CO. She is trained and certified on several lasers including IPL (Intense Pulsed Light), Light Sheer (Diode), and Quanta (Yag and Alexandrite) among others. She is the former owner of a Rejuvenation Spa in Longmont, CO and also holds a Bachelor of Arts from Regis University in Business with an emphasis in Finance.
Jean’s passion to connect with her clients and make a difference in their lives is displayed with every treatment. She understands if she changes things on the outside, it will ultimately change things on the inside. As a passionate person, she is a forever-learner of health and wellness and strives to share her skills with every one she meets. Jean specializes in all medical based aesthetics and is an acne specialist through Face Reality
Jean enjoys the beautiful Colorado outdoors. Her biggest joy is her family; her husband, Craig, sons Casey and Layne, her daughters-in-law Kylie and Courtney and three wonderful grandchildren Carter, Maverick and Blake.
Licensed Aesthetician/ Certified Laser Operator-Aesthetic
Erika graduated over 20 years ago from Budapest, Hungary with an associate degree in skin care. She also holds a full cosmetology license. Erika has a strong understanding of chemistry, biology and anatomy which helps her understand her clients’ skin type and customize individual treatment programs to achieve healthy and beautiful results.

Erika specializes in many skin conditions such as teen and adult acne and scarring, hyperpigmentation (sun damage or hormonal), skin laxity, fine lines and wrinkles. She also utilizes chemical peels, micro-needling (aka collagen induction therapy), microdermabrasion and IPL treatments to help these conditions. She holds certifications from the Professional Medical Education Association-Laser Training Institute in IPL/Photofacials and hair removal and nutritional therapy. She teaches lash extensions at Montage Academy in Westminster and also works part-time at the Made U Look Lash and Beauty Bar in Longmont, CO.
Licensed Practical Nurse/ Certified Laser Operator-Aesthetic
Karen is our Licensed Practical Nurse and has been Dr. Spine’s right hand since we opened in 2006. Karen is a caring listener and every patient feels comfortable talking with her about everything—skin care, work, personal life. This love and care is evident in all of Karen‘s work and we are grateful for her dedication. She also enjoys performing laser aesthetics and cosmetic procedures to assist patients in attaining their skin care goals.
